The Widget reads the current date and time (or, if you choose a custom moment, the date and time you enter) and calculates the Sun's and Moon's true zodiac positions using a published, open-source astronomical calculation library. This part of the calculation is astronomically accurate for the supported date range (2017–2032). Those positions, along with the current hour, weekday, month, year, and date, are then combined using the developer's own personal numerology-style scoring rules to produce the displayed percentage — that scoring layer is not scientific and reflects the developer's proprietary system, not an astronomical or empirical fact.
Selecting a "Male" or "Female" option, or tapping a specific zodiac symbol, only changes which of the developer's scoring tables is applied — it does not calculate or claim to know anything about you personally, since the Widget does not collect your birth date, name, or any other personal information.
The Widget depends on third-party infrastructure to function: a content delivery network (CDN) to load the astronomical calculation library, and a Cloudflare Worker the developer operates to compute the scoring. If either is temporarily unavailable, slow, rate-limited, or blocked by your network, the Widget's reading may fail to load, show a stale "last known reading," or display incorrectly. Availability is not guaranteed.
You may not use the Widget or its results to threaten, harass, discriminate against, defraud, harm, exploit, or facilitate unlawful activity against another person, nor to facilitate, plan, encourage, assist, or commit any unlawful, criminal, fraudulent, violent, or otherwise prohibited activity. The developer does not authorize, encourage, or endorse any such use.
The Widget is not directed at children. By using the Widget, you represent that you meet the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction (commonly 13, 16, or 18 depending on local law) or are using it with the consent of a parent or guardian.
This disclaimer may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Widget after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Note that for users located outside India, certain mandatory local consumer-protection laws in the user's own country may still apply regardless of this choice of governing law.
